My Grandmother lived here. The appliances are cheap, noisy & dont work very well. She had to add vinegar to every dishwasher load just to keep them from being covered in white stuff, this was because the water is so hard , it even dried her skin out so bad she got excema. There was hardly room in the washer & dryer for anything & water level was too low. The oven baked too hot or too slow depending on what you cooked. The A/C hotel type unit was so loud she would have to turn it off to watch TV. This complex allows animals & we would see them pooping & peeing in the halls & the owners just keep on walking. Walls are paper thin, you hear noise all the time. Lighting is horrible & you have to use their light bulbs cant put in your own. They raised her rent every year quite a bit until she couldnt afford to live there. When she moved out we cleaned the apartment perfectly, the next renter could have moved right in & they still kept 1/2 her deposit to paint & clean & shampoo carpets. I dont know why anyone would clean or paint an apartment that doesnt need it at all o marks on walls, which makes me think it was not really done. A carpet cleaning fee I can understand everyone wants a clean apartment when they move in. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & SKIP THIS ONE!!! more ... hide ...

Hello to whomever it may concern! Ive been here for about a year myself and my 10 yrs old girl. Also my service dog which everyone loves hes so gentle with the kids and adults. when if first moved here with my oldest dau ghter. I always walk my dog and I would pickup trash to help out here cause Im so greatfull to be here. I had a good report with the other maintenance tech. alot of the tenants where sad to see him go and for whatever reason! I think they made a bad desicion! he was very good and knowledgeable at what he did. Ive got concerns about the cleanliness of the property trash everywhere and no wants to pickup after there dog and they let there kids run allover without supervision! its a shame people cant teach there kid how to be respectful I will send pics more ... hide ...

I live very close to these apartments. Last year I noticed a man outside almost everyday, picking up trash and making things look nice. I havent noticed him for a while. This year however, there have been several deli quent kids, who live at these apartments, roaming around adjacent neighborhoods ringing doorbells and harassing people who are walking their dogs, etc. Loud cars sit in the parking lot playing music, and people with broken down cars parking all over the street. Whats changed?? Stop renting to these low-lifes so we can keep a nice, beautiful neighborhood!!! more ... hide ...
