No one answers the phone, I stopped my two different times and no one was over there. It is very stressful and annoying to call over 30 times in 3 days Wed, Thu, and Friday and No one answer the phone!!!! I left two voic e mails and Angela returned one of my calls after I sent her an email. I was not able to pick up and i missed her call, call 3 minute later and no respond from the office, called again and again and NO Respond. all she said in the call that she is returning my call and advice me to call again I called many times during different part of the day and still no respond. more ... hide ...

Ive been moved on for a week now and Ill have to say everything is going smoothly! I wont lie at first I was a little hesitant per last reviews but it seems ever since Angel took over everything has been gett ing better! Move was smooth she was with me with the inspection process my work order have been done in a timely manner Angel even calls to follow up with you on it , And most of all of I have a question or concerns Angel and Carisa actually answers their phones! I think Ive made the best decision by moving here! more ... hide ...

I can not tell you how disappointed I am. Kelsey absolutely refused to listen to me or my sisters complaints about water pouring into her apartment. There is a massive hole in her ceiling with rain water pouring out on t o the floor. The water has filled up 3 1/2 trash cans full of water. The water has been pouring out since FRIDAY. Kelsey has known the entire time and repetitively dismissed all concerns. We had a door shut on our face only minutes ago. We are at the mercy of Antioch Crossing to fix this. Not only for my sister but for her poor neighbor below whose bed is now ruined along with my other things. The mold that is not only visible but the stench of rotting wood is more then a little concerning. Someone please reach out to fix this before it rains again. more ... hide ...
