We lived here for two years and we absolutely loved every minute of it! The place is quiet and conveniently located near everything you need! Francis is absolutely amazing, and so is the other people that work there! The y are quick about everything and are on top of things if something needs fixed! We never had to wait more than a few hours to get something fixed no matter the time! They make you feel so welcomed and at home with absolutely no stress! Pet friendly and great place for families with kids of any age! Would recommend past 5 stars if I could! more ... hide ...

so i found out these apartments lied to me by telling me they dont accept section 8 and they are on the list still after i told them to contact joco housing to tell them they dont accept vouchers which legally they are s upposed to do but they didnt remove their apartments so i contact a few friends just recently that work for the state and they told me i was lied to I was told by section 8 they accept disabled people then called them and was told they dont please call Johnson county housing authority and tell them we are loosing housing in Kansas due to opt outs and we also being lied to by the employees of apartments more ... hide ...

I have lived in these beautiful modern apartments for over 2 1/2 years. I have found the manager, Lisa, very helpful and friendly. If you have a work order it is done promptly. I went in today and had 3 minor items and i t will be done by Garreld tomorrow. How efficient is that?I just read the other review and I dont know why the other reviewer said the manager was a racist. That is so far from the truth. I have witnessed Lisa interact with other residents and never saw this. She treats everyone the same, in a respectful way.I love living here in my apt. The North End of town gets a bad rap and it is too bad. I grew up on Starlight Drive. People judge where people live and that is shameful.Thanks to the great staff here at the Heritage at Hawthorne. more ... hide ...
