I was living there for almost 3yrs paid my rent loyally for a 2 bedroom the third year my A.C. went out in the summer because of my dryer being next to the evaporator unit it cracked a coil with the hot dryer air blowing into my apartment because theres no outlet for the air to go outside so they never fixed it from July to October 2021 my family and I sweated most of the time because the A.C. wasnt working properly so I moved after I left I was charged for nicotine stains on the walls for an apartment that has been built since 1975 with tons of paint covering the walls and for the splices in the doorways that came undone from vacuuming the old carpet that was not new when I moved in also for blinds that were in the apartment I was shown a newer model before I moved in wasnt the apartment that I moved into it was a more ran down model than showed after I already signed the contract more ... hide ...

I lived in Himbola for 2 yrs now. It went through a lot of different managers however the ones we have now are trying theyre best. I do believe this place can be better but not whenever no one can talk to each other with out the extra disrespect on both parties (resident&management)My family and I struggle but we always find a way to make it. The office was so backed up in paperwork that I wasnt able to get the amount of my rent. By the time I did get the actual amount I had to pay back Rent from January to March which is 600$ plus some. How is this my fault when I called the office many times and gave them my check stubs that MANAGEMENT lost? I have 4 kids. No food assistance. No job. Is this a plan to kick me out like Ms. Shawnette did many times with others?Need Answers more ... hide ...

A nice apartment complex situated right near Thomas Park. Most units have recently been remodeled and are clean and modern. The maintenance crew is exceptional, friendly and professional. The front office is also very co urteous and professional especially Kerry, We moved in Oct of 2012 and have little complaints. Sometimes the our neighbors car music is too loud but otherwise it is a very quiet campus. One of the best things about the place is that there is no smoking on the property whatsoever.
