The apartments is not all that and the new manager they have now suck. We move in before she was a manager so she dont know what was going on with our apartment but yet she blamed us for it. Greenwood Apartments is not a good place to stay for 1 your icebox will sound like a motor when it start up and you will here that noise all day. 2 Your stove will not be clean but they expect you to clean it. 3 the tiles on your floor will have holes in it and your carpet will have stains in it and they will get on you for that. 4 your cabinets will be nasty in the inside and your counter will not be in the wall right it will be coming from the wall like they just stuck it up their and called it a day.5 the top of your counter will be stained up and have holes in it.6 they check your microwave like it came with the apartment so you have to keep it clean but dont no microwave come with these apartments. If your blinds or broke they will charge you $35 when you can get them for a cheap price out the store and if your window brakes they will charge you $250 for it when you can get it for cheap at glass service for $25. Then for espection the manager dont check all the apartments she only check 3 apartments in the back and she dont check none of the apartments in the front. Please do not waste your time by coming to stay in Greenwood Apartments because its not worth it baby keep your money in your pocket every manger they hire be black and ghetto and thank they know it all. Remember nothing in your apartment will be brand spanky new but they will try to make it seem like it was brand new when you moved in they act like these apartments is A1 but there not they are horrible and so is the manager. more ... hide ...

One of my best friends has been living here for a while, and I come by her apartment every so often to visit. Previously, I didnt see many issues with the common areas or hallways, but that has significantly changed sinc e the new property manager came along. The hallways are absolutely filthy! I told my friend to contact management about it, and she put numerous notes in the suggestion box. Previously my friend has been able to get her issues addressed using this box. But since the new manager took over, there has been no response to any of her notes, so apparently the new manager doesnt see anything wrong with the halls. Something needs to be done about this! more ... hide ...

They never fix ANYTHING and write you up if you try to pay yourself for it to be fixed. Managers (the little office manager and main management) is more concerned with our personal business and belongings. The homes are nice but management changes ever other month but its still all the same problems more ... hide ...
