These apartments are not geared towards the Elderly. The manager Becky is very unprofessional and a big liar. There is no real maintenance or pest control done on the apartments. Pest control comes in for 30 seconds make s a circle and leaves out. Not an aroma or a sound of anything being done in the 30 sec time frame . God forbids the elderly have a real problem they have to deal with a dry disinterested manager to come to their apartment with the demenor of dry toast. And its definitely not an Elderly community so lets stop calling it that. Anyone who gets a check can live there. I do not recommend this dump. more ... hide ...

The management of these apartments are disrespectful, inconsiderate of the welfare of its tenants, very unprofessional, and like to start mess with people who are minding their business and staying in their lane. Its sad to see people of color brainwashed to go against their own kind just for a paycheck. You should show compassion towards all. If the tenant have a maintenance issue address it in a timely manner not months down the line. Management needs to uplift than tear down, and be the example you want the community at Cypress Landing to be. How can you have monthly meetings about various topics to better the lives of the tenants, when your best interest for them is not at heart? We as black people must do better!!! more ... hide ...
