The staff are AWESOME!! specially Mrs. Grenier she will go an extra mile for you.... almost everyone here is friendly the building is a real historic landmark and well kept.Maintenance always on time even the smallest re pair and very friendlyMaria the housekeeper shes a nice lady works really hard!A 2BR apt. is big couple of square inc bigger more storage than previous place i lived in with noisy neighbors it was a nightmare now here at Wakefield Place have to deal with very LOUD motorcycles and cars with loud mufflers biggest deal breaker as well as the dumpster truck in other words we sleep well at night when theres barely any trafficHealth concerns in my apt is dust particles they are heavy you can see them if you close all the blinds, lights off and use a flash light and you can see them every where.... i done everything i could have 3 air purifiers they work very little its impossible to stop them this could also be due to the traffic and winds... i didnt have this issue in the previous apt. where i didnt have to clean the entire apt every 2 DAYS!Theres a lot of rules here but have to follow them.Plenty of parking inside and outA Gym!Playground for your little oneA swimming poolLibrary right next to the buildingSchools they are the worse i seen/heard!I like the fact that im close to everything within mins except for stores have to drive down to Fitchburg/Leominster if i need to shop in one of these stores such as Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Market Basket Five Below etc. more ... hide ...
