My AC unit has had problems for years. Mark had never worked in my unit before last week. Now, I dont want anyone else to work in my unit because Marks hands are blessed. I have a friend that moved in here in 2012 and it was a very nice place to live, after 6 years of living there he has been though a flood from the apartment the above him and the water came though the vent fan in the bat hroom, the a/c broke on him and took a week to fix. the ceiling fan in the kitchen broke and they rigged the fan and now it has 2 speeds he has asked for new carpet and paint job and it never got it. He now has cancer of the throat and his water heater is broken and has been trying to get that fixed for the past week, he cant clean his stoma or his trake supplies nor can he take a shower. they have been through 3 office mangers in the past year, they dont care about the people that live there only about the money. the grounds has rat holes and when sitting outside they come up to you. they have bed bugs, mice and mold. the licensed for the elevator has expired on 10/10/ 2018 thats a month ago. i have tried to call whetstone, jubilee and left messages and no one has called me back. If you care about your parents/ grandparents dont let them move here this place has turned into the housing projects. Its really bad here. also they have children living here that are not to be living here. there are little shelf outside each apartments that the residents can put nick knacks on and other people steal these things. more ... hide ...

Do not move here!! Do not even look. The units are small and the rent is very high. There are no amenities. No Pool,No Gymn,No Community room and the laundry rooms are always out of order. The manager Cynthia treats the residents like dirt.She has run so many longtime rent paying tenants out of here with her nasty behavior. She in turn replaces them by moving in deadbeats who never pay the rent on time. Evictions are rampant.She also charges tenants for maintenance which is illegal. There are now fines and fees for everything. The residents here are treated like inmates and Cynthia Wilson believes she is the warden. She fails to realize that her salary is based on good tenants that pay rent on time each month. We were all raised with the GOLDEN RULE she apparently was not. Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere. more ... hide ...
