Ive been here since my daughter was one shes 6 terrible management they keep changing management also so I believe no one is tryna do the job right maintenance dont fix nothing I complain and etc and still wo nt do right my air havent been working right for years including the heat all summer a kept being a problem e dry time it rain my baby ceiling leak they call there self fixing it but it do the same thing every time leak n ceiling start falling apart have mold over top of my stove cause my toilet is prolly going cave in in any minute cause of a leak ¦¦mice and insects are taken over havent seen pest control yet they made me get rid of my cat and I immediately seen mice droppings the next day I cant more ... hide ...

I just love, love living at this apartment complex! This is the best apartment complex I have ever rented. I feel so much at home and never feel like leaving the place. The ladies at the leasing office are the sweetest a nd most professional - Melony, Jordan, Carol - all the ladies at the leasing office! Everything installed is of quality! The maintenance crew are just amazing - always cordial, when the knock on the door, they are already wearing coverings on their shoes, they talk to you nicely and always resolve any issue within a day or less when the request is put in. This is such a happy place everywhere! Hallways, trash valet pick up, grounds all clean and meticulous! Wish I could give them a 100 stars!!! This place, including my apartment is so perfect, I think Im dreaming :) more ... hide ...

Well when I came to.the complex to inquire about leasing options all sounded well and promising. I am surprised that they dont have a model unit to show to the public. So I decided let me drive around the complex and see the general layout of the area. Immediately I observed these piles of trash all around the complex. What a disgrace and how dare the complex charge so much money for a unit and have the audacity to leave the designated trash areas on the property in this condition. I was appalled. Oh and vultures are seen on top of the roofs not to far from the designated trash area on this complex. I decided to give it a week and see if the trash was gone and cleaned up and drove through the apartment complex and its still in this condition. I will NOT be putting in my application here. This is unacceptable and the leasing manager should be ashamed for allowing this to happen. more ... hide ...
