Ive been a resident for almost seven years. I love the Fields of Rockville. The property is close to everything which is perfect for those that prefer to use public transportation. The neighborhood is safe. New resi dents are not the best as they often bring bad habits that affect the neighborhood but the management team is outstanding. Maintenance is thorough and ensures the grounds are clean to the best of their ability. The staff is caring and very friendly. This is a very nice place to live with a family more ... hide ...

They took my security deposit money. And add random numbers together so they dont have to give the money at all. The worst maintenance crews and appliances in the apartments dont work at all. Overall a decent building. Ive seen some complaints about staff, but most are pretty good (maintenance is a bit of a problem, and they censor anything not positive on the community web site). But the noise hear is unbear able. It keeps me up at night very often. Three major construction sites within 100 yards of my window since the day I moved in. Drilling, jackhammering, ripping up the road. Delivery trucks rattlign in the middle of the night. And that very loud industrial hum outside all night. I have to turn the TV very loud to hear it. I am moving as soon as I can. This is by far the smallest city Ive lived in, and by far the noisiest. Its driving me crazy. I wanna love this place (the inside is great). But it has made me despise it. more ... hide ...
