I have been trying to call this place for information since Friday. I have yet to speak with someone. Does anyone work in the leasing office? The reviews below speaks for this property. No one wants to do any work. That s clear because surely they do not answer the phones. Im going to scratch this place off my list. I called today to inquire about getting a tour. I spoke to Charisse (sp?) who advised me to come over immediately because they were soon closing for the day. I left work early and rushed over.When I arrived a reception ist told me that no apartments were available for tour. I asked for Charisse and was told that Charisse was in another building and unavailable. I was then told I would have to fill out an interest card and come back to see the facility later. I left a disappointed.When I got to my car I called main number and spoke to Charisse. Charisse told me that she was inside the building and that there were no available apartments. (So the receptionist clearly lied to me.) I asked Charisse why she had me come over for a tour that isnt available and she (condescendingly) said I could look at the first floor facilities.They wasted my time and lied to me. I knew immediately that the people that run this facility are so unprofessional that I would never allow a parent to live here.Also, for reference, this building sits behind a loud middle school. There is limited outdoor space because it is tucked in behind the school. The facility is not very inviting. I might feel differently if I actually got to see the inside. more ... hide ...

Traville is a great diverse independent senior community. My parents have enjoyed living here for many years. Having a bus is a plus as it helps my parents get to their doctors appointments when Im not available to take them. Alexa is very passionate about her residents and about her job. She treats the seniors as if they were family and not customers. She and her team cook Thanksgiving dinner every year, host an annual BBQ event that brings life to the community and so many other activities that are planned and ran by the staff. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for independent living! more ... hide ...
