They treat people who live in the facility very poorly. They will not open common areas for the residents with proper limitations in place. They isolate residents without cause. They do not respond to resident request and require residents with COPD on oxygen to wear a mask when they are inside their own apartment. The office staff is very unprofessional. I asked them to stop sending FAX requests to my cell phone and the office person could not hear me due to the fact I was on her speaker phone. I spelled out my name and she felt I was rude. Really, I just dont want another Fax as I sent the requested documents back via email. more ... hide ...

This place is horrible. I lived here for more than 3 years. And its infested with bugs/ roaches. The maintenance oh let me get started with them. They are RUDE. I had a 1 treatment for my place and they didnt come. I ask ed about it and they didnt care! Later on, they said they would treat my place, stood us up AGAIN. The next time the came in took 1 look and left??? This 1 treatment became 6. And the treatment didnt do anything. We still saw roaches everywhere. Also, they say final treatment but its not, they will say final final treatment. Its too much. Also your not included in events/activities that you dont know about and they dont tell you. Im telling you please dont move here. more ... hide ...

It is a really nice place to live, but I wish you were allowed to have outside grills and patio furniture!! Maybe that will be allowed in the future.
