The WORST place to live unless you like roaches, mice, bedbugs, bats and being in an unsafe community that is chained and locked. There is NO emergency maintenance. The regular maintenance barely comes and when they do, they are very inexperienced and lack the materials need to complete a job. The staff is rude and the management is always changing. There is a laundry room on the property that is dirty with barely working machines that gets locked at different times each day. There WAS a community room and a learning center long ago. There are no community resources or services available. Dont be misled! This place should be shut down and completely rehabbed. The plumbing is bad and most of the buildings foundation has shifted. The refrigerator and stove are old, outdated and in poor working condition and you can forget about them being replaced! Save yourself the stress, time & money! more ... hide ...

When I first moved in - 10+ years ago, the building was a new, clean, affordable place to live. Three management companies and many community managers (6+) later, the building has deteriorated to a poorly maintained - di rty, building. Several homeless persons have been found sleeping in the laundry rooms and the stairwells. Security is non-existent! Cameras should be installed and monitored in the common areas. Maintenance, upkeep and cleaning should be scheduled regularly. It is my belief, that those who invested in this building should pay closer attention to their investment!! more ... hide ...

A huge shout out to the administrative assistant, Rupert Grant, for the terrific job he is doing. Grant, as he is often referred to, is enormously kind, patient, and considerate. Despite how often I call, he greets me warmly each and every time. Even when I think I may have taxed his patience with my many questions and/or concerns, he assures me that I am really no bother and proceeds to make certain I have whatever information I am seeking before closing the call. In short, Grant never fails at being polite and courteous. I am extremely happy with how I am time and time again treated with such remarkable kindness, genuine consideration, and unwavering support. I am hoping that with this review Grant will find himself rewarded in some very special way for his highly consistent and strong efforts in making me (and others Im sure) feel very valued as residents living and thriving within The Villages at Marley Station community. more ... hide ...
