THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE! Do not come here if you want to be able to live in peace in an apartment complex that has management that cares about a single thing. The elevator is constantly breaking and for days at a time. F orcing people to take the stairs when there are elderly people and not having anyone to come to fix it immediately or at least the very next day is insane. Most recently the door to get into the room for our packages has been broken, they said it would be fixed two days ago but guess what its still not fixed. All the packages are in that room and no one can get in to get them. They do not care about creating a convenient environment at all. Another thing that is absolutely insane is that I have had to contact management multiple times about how bad our upstairs neighbors are. Constantly stomping on the floor and making it sound like they are moving furniture practically 24/7. We have sent literal video proof of the noise yet they do nothing about it. We are supposed to have quiet hours from 9pm till the morning but real shocker, they dont care about that and residents dont respect it either. You constantly get woken up by neighbors and loud music outside in this neighborhood. This is just the worst possible place to live and I just cannot wait until I can leave. DO NOT make the same mistake as us and move in here, it is just awful. Management needs to fix themselves ASAP. more ... hide ...

I moved out due to the manager she gave one of the person a dog and that person leaves her dog home a long all the time he barks all the time they come in your house when your not home take things out of your apartment t o pass for the other apartment you would think she owes the place more ... hide ...

An apartment became available just as I needed a place so I decided to have a look. The location and nice residents I met during my tour were the only positive features.The apartment shown to me had a beaten up doorframe , serious water damage in the ceiling, and a broken shower door, despite being billed as completely redone. It was also halfway buried in the ground so it is dark like a basement apartment and not a ground-level unit as it was described.I should have known this apartment would be a miss since the property manager and owner were each less than professional in setting the appointment. The owner, who gave the tour himself, seemed very focused on having me apply for tenancy first and then decide to take possession if all of the many problems in the apartment I observed had been resolved to my satisfaction. When I politely suggested that this might be putting the cart before the horse, he ended the tour abruptly, calling me combative.Bottom line, it could be such a gem but it is not. Stay away or, if you must take it due to location and safety, I wouldnt pay more than $850 for the two-bedroom quasi-basement apartment I was shown. Good luck! more ... hide ...
