Im not knocking anyones way of life....this seems more like a drug rehab, without the doctors....no matter how much a person stays to oneself...your name still comes up in something negative. Everybody From The Top To Th e Bottom Shouldnt Be Trusted.......And Majority Of The Security Guards Are Very Very Unprofessional And The Truth Isnt In Them.When Im Walking In The Hall To Go To My Car Outside...I Have Already Heard About 2 No More Than Three Residents Business. Please Pray For This Place. Poorly kept apartments and townhomes. Maintenance workers play around on golf carts most of the day. The maintenance office takes entirely too long to respond to a problem in a tenants unit. The maintenance workers and o ffice cut corners when it comes to fixing a unit, preparing for future tenants and even renovations. Even calling in for an emergency will take most of the day to get fixed. During the winter months if there is a snowstorm the people from the maintenance office will NOT clear the snow (which is really bad for the elderly tenants). Sometimes the water gets shut off without notice. The maintenance office/property Management will take too long to respond to requests for a different unit. The wait for a unit of your request might take YEARS. The apartments (which are below the townhomes) grow mold constantly and is impossible to get fixed correctly if you dont tell them to do. The neighbors are also a problem (mostly the children). There are children that will steal bikes, destroy property, constantly fight and other disrespectful acts ( god forbid you tell them to stop or tell their parents) sometimes the adults are worse than the children. I would not suggest living here because it is not worth rent money and security deposit. more ... hide ...

The employees and property manager are horrible. The new property manager so rude and fighter. She doesnt like to respond to the renters. Last time I was there to ask about my rent she said I dont have time to ta lk to you. She pointed my face.I never seen in America like them. Why the company doesnt hire a educator person to be property manager. I feel very bad when I go to ask something. more ... hide ...
