They literally NEVER answer the phone. The few times that I have gotten somebody on the phone, they always ask for my name and number and say they will call back, but they never do! I honestly feel like my money has been stolen, because when I applied back in SEPTEMBER 2020, I paid the non refundable application fee... it is NOVEMBER 2021 and I have literally heard NOTHING. They keep responding to these reviews saying to email them, but they dont respond to that either. its honestly ridiculous. more ... hide ...

I wasnt satisfied at all with my stay here and glad Im getting out. Ive smelled weed on numerous occasions including in the laundry room. Teens stay up late at night screaming and being loud after quiet hours . People are noisy above me after Ive complained 5 times about the problem. You will always see cop cars around the neighborhood and teens vandalized vehicles in the parking lot of the apartment complex INCLUDING MINE!!! The people in the leasing office are TERRIBLE!!! They NEVER answer their phones and they act like they dont know how to solve anything or do anything. Ive also caught a drug deal in the playground gone wrong and leading into an argument. I would not recommend living here if youre looking to live in a better area. more ... hide ...

Came by this apartment complex for a scheduled appointment made us wait 2 hours past our appointment time causing us to lose money we could have been making all to be treated disrespectfully by staff and told that our ap pointment never existed even though we called ONLY 3 days prior to make the appointment.
