I would not recommend anyone to move into these rentals unless you are available to sit in the office from open to close! I know someone that has been approved over three months ago to move in but has yet to receive keys nor a move in date. There is only one manager in the office which is mind boggling to me who continues to \"need\" documents that she already has yet she isnt able to give me a guaranteed move in date. It appears to be a lack of communicate because she never knows what is going on or what the next steps are. I would be able to fully comprehend this inconvenience if it was on my behalf but it is not! The lack of structure in the office begins to make sense when of course you cant get in contact with anyone in the corporate office. I agree with another review and if I could give this place a 0 rating they would have earned it. I do not recommend anyone to consider these rentals unless you have time to waste. The individual that I know has chosen to speak with higher authority regarding this property. Lastly, I would probably be skeptical of any apartment complex being identified as a flooring contractor more ... hide ...

I have lived here since they opened in 2010 and couldnt be happier. Nice quiet admosphere and great neighbors. Of course there are a few who are anti-social, but just a few and they dont bother anyone. A GREAT PLACE TO L IVE! more ... hide ...

This place doesnt deserve any Star..my parents live there...I am constantly being harassed by the leasing lady (Faith) accusing me of living there because I visit my parents daily before and after work ..her and the mai ntenance man (Danny) walk around looking for tenants to harass and write violations against. They will smile in your face and look for a way to do you harm behind your back .I was confronted on various occasions by them both. Asking me do I smoke to try to pin some thrown out cigarettes in the parking lot on me. Faith has been disrespectful to me to my face saying \"thank god that I dont live there\"....my mom fell and broke her wrist at one of the dumpsters here due to their negligence. An animal jumped out and caused her to get seriously hurt..surely AFTER SHE GOT HURT THEY PUT SIGNS UP TELLING PEOPLE TO CLOSE THE DOORS AFTER USE....then didnt even bother to come by and ask was she OK or feeling better!!!... they are the most unprofessional property management team i have ever seen HANDS DOWN!!!!!..if you want to live somewhere and be harassed about every move or persons you have visit ..this is the place for you..I would not even recommend this place to a homeless family more ... hide ...
