I lived at Town Centre apartments for almost 5 years. I was the very first tenant to move into the new apartments once they were officially done. Throughout the years Ive witnessed many property managers as well as c ustodians come and go.The current management under Angie Eudy, Ellen Gaskins and Teresa Trogdon is unprofessional and unpleasant. This property site is a part of equal housing but they are not welcoming toward people of color.Ive never had any major problems up until my very last year of living there. I experienced racial profiling way too many times to count. Countless threat letters of lease terminations and evictions for minor things. Slaps on the wrist for my children being outside- playing, (its not very family friendly). Lastly, disrespect and disregard from the managers and good luck trying to get anything repaired in a timely manner.The location is quite and convenient to the local stores and shopping center. The apartments themselves are nice and spacious. However, they are not properly maintained and the experience you get from living here will totally override how nice the apartments are.My final thoughts on this apartment complex and management as a whole, is that they should educate themselves on how to better serve their tenants. As it pertains to customer service, respect and simply being human. Particularly those of color. more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for almost 6 months now and I cant wait to leave! The pests (roaches) for this complex are ridiculous! Ive asked for my apartment to be sprayed at least 3 times and have bought my own pe st control substances to have no relief!!! Management here sucks!! It seems like every month theres a problem or something else added to the bill! Kira Torres acts as if youre her child and not her tenant and honestly doesnt give a damn about whats going on within the complex.Definitely am not considering staying here when my lease is up. I am so happy Monarch toke over. They have made several positive changes the past several months. The property manager Dee-Dee is a god sent angel, Im so happy she is here. She has always made sure if there was anything I needed that it got taken care of quickly. If I have a concern she addresses it and she has always made me feel welcomed. Dee-Dee deserves employee of the month for Monarch and a huge bonus, she is the only reason why I renewed my lease along with the positive changes made here as well. I also appreciate that they do different things each month to keep residents happy. Also Buzz the maintenance supervisor is also professional and courteous and his team as well. more ... hide ...
