I recently applied to this apartment complex. They had a 2bedroom available and it was in the price range of my Section 8 voucher. Lucia Parker who works in the office was very rude with me when i explained i had Section 8 she literally huffed and puffed in my ear on ghe phone like having Section 8 was a bad thing and they pretty much didnt want to deal with the paperwork. I ended up applying 4-5 separate times, paying app fees each time i applied, just to be denied for a verbal excuse. The first excuse was that i wouldnt qualify because the job had at the time was a temporary job, when i had Section 8 which shouldve been counted as Income per state laws. The second time i spoke with them the guy told me i had to pretty much jump through hoops to even be considered, he wanted a notarized letter from my job by next day, among other things. They discriminated against me because i had Section 8. This is not the type of complex id like to live in. I am a hard working citzen and just because I have Section 8 doesnt me im a bad person. I wouldnt even recommend them yo anyone. Horrible and disrespectful customer service. more ... hide ...

My wife and I went today to purchase a mattress. Yazmin was very helpful, professional and did an amazing job in helping me find the right one. It was our first time purchasing and she made us feel welcomed. The delivery guys was on point and efficient. All the process from the moment we walked in the store to the delivery was smooth and satisfying. We will definitely recommend Market Furniture to our friends and families.
