This place is okay for the most part. Though there are a lot of things that could be fixed for sure. The number one thing is the fact that October through almost May the apartment temperature fluctuated between 75-85 for those months. 85 is way to hot. I understand that there are some older folks that live here but that doesnt mean that almost 350+ people should suffocate. Yes my heat was turned off but it was still way too hot. The apartment windows only open about 3-5 for safety reason. Which I get but it doesnt get (barely) any air in. It could be 85 for 3-5 days then it will change back down to 75. Which 75 is a normal temperature for most places.Upon asking they said that it was a law which I get they need to turn the heat on, but 85?! Seriously fix it. The website to which I found this place fibs with their parking. Yes there is a small parking lot that can hold up to about maybe 15-20 cars? Im not sure I dont actually count. There is no garage, no assigned parking spot. It was on a third party website truily? Something like that. Do not advertise it as so. The elevators sometimes work for the most part. They turned off the power for 3 hours no warning. They were switching from breaker to fuse. They typically will put notices in elevators but there was nothing. Only a couple floors have laundry and they are smallest machines. However since moving in November 2 floors have yet to work.Once my lease is up I will be finding a new place. For my first place it was okay at best. However not worthy enough to sign on for another year. Only two small dumpsters for almost 350+ people. Gets full very fast and then trash is left all over. Please consider getting at least a 3rd one.Pro:Friendly staffpackages are left with them and you have to sign them out. They will also call you (most of the time mostly during the weekday)They have carts if you need to haul something from your car to your room.Mini mart on the first floor. The friendly boardwalk cat that they havent kicked out yet.Has a fairly modern look to it.Faces either the ocean or the city so thats nice. They once called me to move my car before it was going to get towed. more ... hide ...

Its a nice building very quiet. The residents are kind and old but its a living community for the elderly. The apartments are decent sizes but the rent is a bit on the higher side for low income individuals. Pets are allowed but with a monthly fee! They often have small gathering for free breakfast on weekends every other month. Over all not a bad location since the mall is across the parking lot but there are tons of activities to do when your in town. Managment could be a bit more on the kinder side and be more understanding to its residents needs but thats about all I can say, its a good place to live! more ... hide ...
