Very nice senior living. I had a wonderful time there. The apartments are beautiful and love the flowers and vegetables bins that the seniors created. Very nice.¤

Westgate Apartments management in Washington NJ is completely incompetent. Per the lease, smoking is not allowed inside any building on the property.However when smoking by individuals became a problem and I had to make many complaints for them to FINALLY do something about it. This is after the management lied to me and continued many times to convince me that the lease doesnt specify \"no smoking\" apartments. I literally had to read them the policy in the lease (page 10 rule #35). At that point they reluctantly had to confess I was correct.Im being told this is in the process of going to court. However there is no ETA on when. In the meantime these neighbors continue to poison me in my home. The management is doing NOTHING to insure this stops. They do not seem care about people or pets lives. In my opinion they should be keeping up with this issue. Yet theyre just allowing the issue to continue.The management sends extremely rude, disrepectful and demeaning emails. They seem to think they are above people who live here and can communicate to tenants like parents to a child.My recommendation is to keep clear of this complex. It maybe cheap to live here but not worth the disrepect.I cannot wait to get out of here. Unfortunately Apartments are rare right now but Im searching so I can get out of this hell hole.
