The bldg needs attention. painting, garage needs cleaning, . The garbage rooms are dirty and the bldg has some mice. For a new bldg this is not very safe or clean. If you push management with an attorney or court, they w ill comply but who wants to go through that. more ... hide ...

I have my Mom living there no problems with the apartment , she received 2 letters stating 2 residents tested positive for Covid but does not say what floor or apartment I think all resident should know who the person is , another thing I never see anyone cleaning the doorknobs, the stairs, the elevator always dirty, garbage room dirty sticky floors, laundry room dirtyBuilding superintendent needs to go. I will file a complaint and ask for an inspection to be done. more ... hide ...

Nice place The management are very nice. They work with u and they always doing things for the familys and the kids in the community !!! I feel like if u show respect and do the right thing as told then u shouldnt have a ny problems leaving here.
