Very bad experience with mold, roaches, and mice. There is always an issue with the water every month in our building. I would give it a zero but that wasnt an option. The property manager Tish is very nasty when you have these issues because they dont want to fix stuff. She also lies about the issues in your apartment. Especially when you try to get help from the state or the township. This is not the place you want to live at. You can find a better place to live. more ... hide ...

Ive lived in AH now almost 5 years. I started on my own in an upstairs one bedroom and I loved it. It was an open concept and the perfect amount of space for myself and my pup. Ive been in other apartments so hav ing washer dryer and all appliances in house was fantastic. Once I had my first born I was transferred to a 2 story 2 bedroom luckily within a month of the request. Its perfect for my little family, Ive been able to make a condo feel like a home. Staff and maintenance crew are always friendly, prompt and efficient especially Evana that woman goes above and beyond for me. I love having the park, the pool, the fenced in dog area, clubhouse and the recycling center all within a short walking distance. Updates of any changes are always mass emailed to stay up to date and any issues I have from daily wear at home, even something as small as a lightbulb, are always addressed same week. My neighbors are beyond friendly but at the same time everyone stays to themselves which is ideal. I have no issues with parking spots and guests always have plenty of open spaces near my door. I have nothing but great things to say thats why weve been here 5 years! more ... hide ...
