I I have been here with my husband for 2years. He was here a few years prior and dont know how he felt about the complex but since I been here a tree hit us during a storm when my baby was only 6months old and they gave us hell before giving us a newer apartment. They do take sometime to getting around to all the repair requests but they will eventually get to your apartment if you talk to the office. They did finally provide us with paint so we can work on our apartment walls. They do exterminate regularly as mice do populate around the spring and summer. They repainted the doors and changed the stairs from carpet to tile which caused my daughter to take a huge tumble around winter time. There will be a lot of paper work to sign if you decide to move in here especially around Recertification time. They wont tolerate smoking or drugs on their property or sitting on the porch. Parking can certainly be an issue, they will tow you with no hesitation if you parked illegally. Think twice before moving here. more ... hide ...

I wasnt going to write an review but this is bothering me a few months ago during the summer they put out a letter saying they were coming to check the ac for \"routine maintenance\" little did I know they were actually locking the ac units temperature at 70 you can not put your ac that you pay for below 70 Ive never lived in an apartment where I pay full rent, gas & electricity but wasnt able to fully control my own ac unit not only did they lock it but they didnt even have the courage to tell the tenants they were doing it Cove on the bay if you want to control peoples A/C units you should change the name to cove on the bay housing authority & lower the rent its winter now so its not effecting me too much but Im glad my lease is up before summer comes Im DEFINITELY moving & I dont recommend this place to anyone unless youre on section 8 theres nothing luxury about these apartments ESPECIALLY with the area its located in more ... hide ...
