Ive been living here a year, its the worst apartment complex ever. They never fix anything, my stove broke in August its now December & i still cant use my stove.The neighbors are noisy all the time, someone is always b eing murdered out here & the parking lot near the dumpsters are always filthy. My toilet over flows at least once a month which i have to clean up, the room ceiling was leaking water, they didnt not fix it until the ceiling fell in, and took their time coming here to look at it on a Friday but didnt fix it until Tuesday(No it wasnt a holiday). I could go on but unlike most of the people out here i have to work in the morning. I hate it here & cant move out fast enough. more ... hide ...

My family and I love living in this condo. Pleasure bay is considered the best condo on the long branch for several reasons! Here is everything a family needs to live with quality: we have security, comfort, maintenance in our apartments when we need it, organization and cleaning, not to mention the outdoor area that is wide and has a beautiful view! We also have our laundries in each building, which makes our day easier. And finally, we also have a leisure area, with a great pool, playground for children and a barbecue area. We can also have our pets living with us and taking advantage of the space around them to walk around. The management and staff have excellent service. For all that, my family and I have lived here for a few years and since we arrived, we never thought about moving to another place, because from the beginning we loved living here!! ¤ more ... hide ...

FIRST OFF THIS PLACE IS NOT LIKE IT APPEAR THE MANAGEMENT DOESNT FOLLOW UP ON REPAIRS THE SUPER NEVER KEEPS APPOINTMENTS AND THE NEIGHBORS LIKE TO MAKE FALSE COMPLAINTS OR JUST IGNORANT TO WHATS REALLY GOING ON.#1 I CANT CONTROL THE LEAKS FROM MY SHOWER WALLS AND FLOORS IF THEY DONT REPAIR THEM. SO MY NEIGHBORS GETS LEAKS NOT IN MY CONTROL#2 I CANT CONTROL THE WALLS IF MY TV IS ON VOLUME 21 TO 40 AND YOU STILL CAN HEAR IT.. SENDS POLICE SAYING I HAVE RADIO FALSE COMPLAINTS POLICE APOLOGIZES FOR UNNECESSARY CALL TO HOUSE#3 AND I CANT CONTROL THE FLOOR SOUND IF I DECIDE TO WEAR PLATFORMS THE NIGHT WHEN GOING OUT.. ONLY ONCE IN AWHILE SO AGAIN FALSE COMPLAINTSOH AND IF I HAVE MALE COMPANY THEY EVEN KNOCKS THE CEILING..THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS FALSE COMPLAINTS AND NO REPAIRS IS ALL IM GETTING FROM HERE.. YOU CANT EVEN WALK AROUND YOUR OWN PLACE COMFORTABLYOH BEFORE AND MY OLD/NEW NEIGHBORS I NEVER HAD A COMPLAINTS AND MY RENT WENT UP 98$ AFTER TWO MONTHS.THE RENT IS NOT HIGH BUT NOT WORTH THE NOT HAVING A PEACE OF MINDITHEY ALSO HAVE RODENT ISSUE I WAS KILLING AT LEAST FIVE A WEEK.. RAT DIED IN MY BATHROOM TILE THEY NEVER CAME TO FIX IT I MOVED THE TRIED TO TAKE ME TO COURT.. THEY LAWYER DISMISSED IT DUE TO ALL THE EVIDENCE I HAD AGAINST THEM more ... hide ...

Management are okay. They are diligent with paper work. They respond to complaints immediately. But I wish they could be on top of maintenance better. Some in the maintenance department treat you nice at first but then w hen you speak the truth to them they disappear. They should do their job right the first time & not make excuses. They lie about completing tasks. The landscaping is nice around the development. But the personal landscaping (which has rules on what we can do) is taken care of only once a year. The place inside is nice. I wish my walls looked better & were painted. Which I thought was the law before a tenant moves in. But whatever. Floors are great. Except the area where apparently something big & heavy fell on it & left a big knick & some small ones. Maintenance has known for months & still no fixing. But....you cant beat the rent. more ... hide ...
