LOVE This place so far, Clean Quiet Community, Rental Office Controler Beckims Tenant service is A+++ this guy was an absolute pleasure to work with in getting our lease done, he was welcoming from the beginning grea t vibes I couldnt have expected more. Just recently met the maintenance guy Jaime who also continued the pleasant experience my wife and I have received so far, we were very lucky to have landed here at Hadley Woods, really appreciate Beckim and his teams service oh before I forget to mention, our apt is Outstanding, everything was shiny new, cabinets, toilets , appliances its just so nice my wife is very happy with our choice. They told me and apartment was ready for me August of 2020. They just needed a few updated papers. And then a few more. ALLL of my paperwork ended up expiring twice over and in the meantime I ended up couch-surfing becau se they were taking so long. In Jan 2021, I finally ended up begging another complex to take me in, as I had nowhere else to go. 3 days later, these people called me, telling me they were waiting on just one more paper. Which I sent them, and I still have the email where I sent it to them and Carmen, the assistant property manager, replied Got it, thanks. I dont believe that the apartment actually sat there empty and waiting for me for 5 months. Something had to be going on behind the scenes that they kept letting my paperwork expire and making excuses. Dont trust this place. more ... hide ...

This place is a joke to say the least not only are they physically violent but extremely unprofessional. The maintenance person let someone in my home without my permission when I wasnt home. The excuse I was given w as that they had seen the person around the building. The other maintenance man got into an altercation with my boyfriend and when I came downstairs to break up the ARGUMENT, the man slammed the leasing office door on my fingers. Not a single apology given. Nothing. The woman that works in corporate named Jacqueline is an absolute piece of work. She doesnt care about anyone or anything and only gives excuses. Thank God for my lawyer and filing a lawsuit because I filed police reports on the man that works there AND STILL WORKS THERE EVEN AFTER THE ASSAULT, HE DID NOT GET FIRED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CAUGHT ON SECURITY CAMERA. Leasing is never in their office. The hallways stink. No parking garage.elevators dont have light and always smell of urine. more ... hide ...

I moved here in January of 2022. Angela at the the office was helpful guiding us through the application process for an independent living apartment.The grounds are kept clean. They maintain apartments and repairs as nee dedThe only issue I have is with parking. There isnt assigned parking spaces for each unit. And sometimes our lot is too full to park in .It doesnt seem fair to not have a parking space in your lot when you live hereWe also have handicapped plates. There is clearly not enough disabled parking for people with handicapped plates.I wish I knew this before we moved in that no assigned parking spaces per unit .Also the community is supposed to be gated. But havent seen the gates work since moving here. more ... hide ...
