I cant rate it because I havent seen it. However, the pictures look nice but in my very long experience of searching for a clean, safe, adequate & of course affordable apartment, the pictures are never adequate.Additiona lly what raises my concern is they dont have the rental proses listed..??!! Hmmm I find that odd and its the first time for me.I obtained the information of an apt. For rent through NJ HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER because I need to stay away from credit checks due to being disabled & Medical bills were not billed correctly, also I have a Housing Voucher. They gave me the address & a price for a 1 BR @ $1175 but after I called the number I got Premier Properties. Im finding it hard to believe they wouldnt require a Credit Check.However, the Lord My God has plans for me, this I know ( I have had this Voucher so far for 6 months!!! )He does wonderful things!¢ shout to the world. So I promise you if this is my new home I will come back & give it my honest rating.Blessings of Luck to all who need housing. Let go of your pride & cry out to our God in Jesus name he will take you exactly where you are supposed to be.Amen!!!! more ... hide ...
