I dont know what happened to the building. When I first moved here, it was better maintained. Now everything is falling apart. The elevators break down every other day, no matter how much you clean and keep your space ti dy there are all types of pests everywhere, the hallway floors are always dirty and smelly, and the laundry machines barely work. Desperate to leave, and will not recommend this place to anyone ! more ... hide ...

Its beautiful when the fountain is on. Great place to teach kids how to fish, plenty of sunnies, catfish, and bass. Sooo many turtles and different types of birds, too. The plant life is gorgeous, as well. Plenty of benc hes scattered around, a few picnic tables, and even a place for a bonfire (even though Ive never actually seen a bonfire there). Its also fun to sled when theres snow and ice skate when its safe. more ... hide ...

This is a horrible facility whos front desk managers treat visitors and family with such disrespect, they should NOT be able to work in an elderly community. They are unprofessional and have poor communication skills. T hey actually \"yell\" at as their speaking voice and treat you as if they are above you. Luckily, I am not the type of person that panders to this type of mistreatment. I implore to speak to the Owner or Director of this housing organization to make an official complaint about this ongoing issue and terrible experience. I am sure, that if this has probably already been reported.Unfortunately, my grandmother has lived in this housing for the past 25 years of her life and now that she has Dementia, they are immediately seeking for her to leave. Even after several attempts of informing these ladies in their office that it takes time to find Memory care and admission, they still persist and make lies about you. They are horrible. My grandmother also proclaimed, when she had her memory, that they are judgmental and unfriendly. Please do yourself a favor and do not apply for this location if you want you or your loved one to be respected as an elderly. more ... hide ...
