Took over two weeks for them to make a decision as to whether I get approved or not . Me reaching out to them , to be told im coming in as over income when the income is suppose to be between a certain amount a nd mines was. $38,297 - $50,880 . And my income was 40.000 ! They gave me the run around instead of doing their jobs, which should of took a day to process and let me know . Aston heights already knew who they wanted in those apartments . Better dinners needs to be provided. Window needs to be fixed, only two hot dogs for dinner aint a real dinner and real food, and today a measly egg sanwitch for dinner also, its very sad how my sister and the people ha ve to go out and buy a real dinner to eat, should have somebody look into that before the complain goes farther then just here, you have guys here that weight almost 300 pounds and two hod dogs for dinner or a a single egg sandwith is a huge insult, especially the rent they pay, and the thosands of $s the place makes a month is sad to have to see that happening here, thank you and i hope sombidy takes this very serious and into consideration... more ... hide ...

I have been on the waiting list for 2 years. The longer I wait, the more run down they are becoming. Although they look gorgeous on the outside, the neighborhood is still bad.A lot of tenants have tore-up blinds and leav e them hanging and it looks real bad. I think they need to screen better as this is what always happens in subsidized housing.UPDATE: It has now been over 3 years and I am still on the waiting list. I rode around by the buildings and some improvements have been made since my last review. Changed from 3 to 4 stars. more ... hide ...
