When I moved here in 2012 it was a great experience. Besides the walls being paper thin - the apartment was decent, the community was nice, and everyone felt safe. I never had a problem with my vehicle or people trespass ing. Throughout the years, the office staff has changed multiple times, and they started letting anyone move in; which has caused a lot of bugs, rodents, assaults, and break-ins (vehicles & apartments). For years they had surveillance signs, but it wasnt until a couple of months ago that they actually got cameras...(Im sure its because they have a lawsuit.) But even now, no one really knows if the cameras are on, or whos monitoring them. On a positive note, the rent is cheaper here than most places - but Id rather pay triple the rent and be safe, than to pay cheap rent and someone assault me while walking in the house. Remember - Cheap things are dangerous! Lastly, I will say the Maintenance Team is phenomenal!!! Any time I had an issue, they were Johnny on the Spot!! Thats the one thing I wish I could take with me to my next apartment. more ... hide ...
