This place is a joke. They claim to determine the rent based on your income however they instead measure your income by the rent and determine if your eligible to live here only if they feel you make enough money to pay the rent fee they already have set in place. The pictures on here are severely outdated. The building is filthy on a daily basis, the tenants are lucky if the hallways are cleaned once a month. There is a constant smell of animal feces in the hallways not to mention trash and other things from children and other tenants just throwing it on the floor and leaving it there. I lived in the same apartment for two years because i had no where else to go. There were issues with the apartment right from the day i moved in that i was assured would be fixed immediately, two years later and said issues still have not been fixed even after putting in countless phone calls and work orders to have them fixed. This place charges far too money for people to live here considering the condition of the building and the way it and the apartments are tended to. Not to mention there is never anyone here to get ahold of even if you do have an issue, except for wednesday and thursday. what kind of apartment complex doesnt have a manager/super/ or landlord who is consistantly available to the tenants? more ... hide ...

Dishonesty / Fraud investigation.If your lucky enough to read this investigative post, youll be made aware of the Fraudulent Statements the manager makes to you.If you dont have all the documents we will just charge you a higher rent.If you dont have all the documents available it will be OK, you can submit them at a later time.You will find out that as your move-in date arrives, your rent is going to be higher then previously stated.We recognize this as FraudWe would assume that with management having a spare key, your belongings are not safe here. He does not return your documents if you withdraw. Identiy theft ????Upon getting ready for move in it is stated if you do not have all the documents, he cannot rent to you. Contridcts himself, earlier he states if you dont have all the documents he charges a higher rent. Hmmmmmmm I withdrew my application. Bring your phone set record because he ( mentally disabled) will contridict your reiterating his statements and challenge you. more ... hide ...
