If I could give more stars, I would. I love living here! Sackets is a beautiful place and the fort pike community is wonderful. Its immaculately cared for by maintenance and management. Whenever I have needed anythin g, theyve helped me immediately. For example, when I first moved in I couldnt figure out how to get my wifi router connected. A member of management gave me her personal spare. And this winter, when I got my car buried in a snowy parking lot at the marina, I called maintenance. Even though the marina is not fort pike property, they raced over and plowed me out in a jiffy.Aside from exceptional staff, the amenities are awesome. Having a pool, mailroom, hair salon and dumpsters on site is so convenient. Not to mention, the lakefront view. My apartment has a washer/dryer set AND a dishwasher. My electric bill is low even in the cold winter months because the apartments are well insulated and have state of the art heating/cooling systems.I could go on and on, but just know that this is a great place to live! Friendly staff, clean grounds and apartments, and overall lovely place to live. more ... hide ...

I have stayed here for years and moved out in 2017. I got a new job and had to shift to California from Albany.I gave 2 months notice. But I am still forced to pay lease break fee. (2 months+ as I remember it correctly d ue to 4 months of pending lease term)To be honest, make sure you sign up lease Only for the period you have work...so, pay extra 100/150 dollars monthly for a 6 month lease and stay here for short lease periods than 1 year. Otherwise you will be robbed like me with lease break terms. Better be planned. In 2 months of notice any apartment owner can find a new tenant. But they hardly considered my years of stay here. With in past 3 years, I had to shift my apartment internally to another Brandywine apt due to water issues in previous one. But still I was charged more than 1000$ as renovation fee for old apartment... A very bad culture followed by management. I complained but no ones here to listen.Overall cleanliness of apartments is very poor. They hardly clean common areas during snow days / rains . Dirty is how I term them...I never suggest this place to any one or will come back... Dont think of saving dollars and end up paying more...They dont have a gym, large community area, pool etc..but try to compete with other properties around.. they are only surviving due to slightly (50-100$ per month) lesser rents than other communities around... more ... hide ...

Very inconsiderate to family of deceased family members. Disgusting, quite frankly.
