2021 Update: They are remodeling the apartments which has been a big pain, but the updates are nice. The (New current Manager is very nice and really cares about the residents. The current maintenance person is the best we have had in 5 years. He really works hard to keep up with things. He really needs a part-time helper at least during the summer when having to keep up with the grass and the weeds. I love living here!2016Definitely the nicest HUD Assistance Disabled apartments in Montgomery County, Ohio. Management and maintenance prior to 2014 was very good. Grounds kept perfectly, very nice maintenance man. Disgruntled maintenance man from 2014 to 2016. He is finally gone and people that needed to be evicted are too. Property care and maintenance are a little slow, but professional and friendly. New manager is great. Very professional. Seems stand off-ish until you get to know her. These are great apartments if you are obeying the rules and taking care of your apartment. Some people have been here over 20 years. We love it! more ... hide ...

Overall the complex is comfortable. Maintenance and Management respond in a timely manner to requests for service and complaints. Reports of stolen cars abandoned cars have been been dealt with promptly. But a community is only as good as the people who reside there. unfortunately there are residents who disobey the speed limit placing children at risk and there are others that do not know what a dumpster is or what it is used for. more ... hide ...

I lived here for 2 years while I was putting myself through nursing school and it was awful. They come into your apartment multiple times a month for inspections. Talk about absolutely no privacy. Then when I was moving out I gave 3 different 30 day notices and they refused to respond to any of them. I called and left voicemails and still no response. I ended up calling the property manager and they were able to get them to call me once and I wasnt allowed to answer due to being at work. They didnt even do a move out inspection until 3 months after I already moved out and then didnt bother to contact me about charges they had for me. I just get a notice in the mail 2 years later that I have charges reported to my credit report that were never paid. Not to mention the walls were paper thin and all I could ever hear was my downstairs neighbors physically fighting each other until they finally got evicted. I cant count the number of times you would find a toddler randomly wandering the parking lot and would have to scoop them up until you could find their parents who werent paying attention to their kids. More than once I had people trying to force their way into my apartment. Just a scummy place. more ... hide ...

I just resigned my lease going into my 3rd year here, so I thought I would leave a review.This place has been nothing but great to me. I see a ton of negative comments, about things that are honestly really silly. Things such as loud neighbors, mowing the grass at 8am, coming into your apartment every month, etc. So I would like to comment on them.The Management team has maintenance and a pest control company come in every 3 months. They give you a notice a week in advance, letting you know that they will be coming in. They replace your air filter, and spray your apartment to prevent bugs. The loud neighbors and mowing the lawn at 8am, isnt something that deserves a negative review left. If youre going to complain about loud noises, maybe living in an apartment isnt the right option for you.With that being said, if you are considering living here, I honestly highly recommend it. I have never had an issue with anyone being rude to me, and if I have ever had an issue with anything in my apartment the maintenance team comes and fixes it.
