* VERY IMPORTANT *Northpoint apartments, along with all other apartments on Muhlhauser Rd. In West Chester, are a disgrace to this wonderful community. and I hope they are demolished someday! Terrible drug dealers live in them, threatening the safety of West Chesters residents. Management is TERRIBLE. These apartments contain bed bugs, roach infestations, VERY many maintenance problems, and not to mention the terrible liter issues outside, threatening the environment, and the wonderful town of West Chester. These apartments could lower the value of homes in WC, which is worrisome to think about. I would DEFINITELY NOT consider living here, considering all of this and the fact that a shooting has occurred here in the past. I hope this wonderful town wakes up and learns what a DISGRACE these apartments are to us. more ... hide ...

Heres what i learned about these apartments.My son got covid an got fired, being responsible he had cares pay his rent so he wasnt evicted. Then they wont renew his lease after he pulled himself back up. An is reestablis hing himself to be a responsible, productive person again. With hitting a ression they would deny themselves money.
