Very nice place, but big time issues with management. It has been two months and she still hasnt even turned in my application. Every other week or so, she needed something else, like, 6 months of bank statements. Which I thought was bulls**t. Then about two weeks later she said she needed another award statement from SS since mine was now dated over 90 days, thanks to her. She showed me an apartment, 201, twice, then called and said she showed me the wrong apartment. Well, I still dont have an apartment. I do, just not there. It might not have an exercise room or computer room, but I am extremely happy with it. more ... hide ...

My mom was living here everytime Id come to visit her it was always very loud. The kids that lived there would pick with my kids and try to fight them one held a knife to my 8 Yr old son the cops did nothing and nor did management. To top it off management would say I was living there but I have not lived with my mother in yrs Id go to visit her but thats it.. I live in chillcothe Ohio and one of the times she accused me of living there I was in North Carolina... Tiffany will make out like it is a great place to live but take my warning my mom went through a lot there. more ... hide ...

My mother and aunt live here. The manager and maintenance are poor. There are plumbing problems and stove problems and doors that need replaced. Something needs to be done. The washing machines are broken. They need to b e inspected!!Today January 17 2020, my mother cant get out of her apartment because no one shoveled the snow. Im sick and am not able to go down. The Apartments are nice and my mother had a wonderful experience living there before she passed. The new onsite manager is the reason for the negative posting. No response to phone calls or emails. The prior manager w as wonderful and I was sorry to see her replaced with someone who lacks the initiative to fill her shoes. more ... hide ...
