horrible place. HUD so called \"assistance\" all they assist is emptying your wallet. if you work at all the ly rape you and you end up better off by jot workin no wonder we live in a welfare state. kids are undiscipline d and run wild yelling screaming slamming doors saying vulgar filthy things to other kids. messing with peoples cars and bikes stealing whatever they can. they need cameras in all the common areas to hold people accountable. like many places like this common areas and office are posted no firearms but beware Ohio law prohibits a landlord from banning a handgun with aCHL in the tenants own apartment and to and from their vehichle /commuting on and off the property.under Ohio law landlords can only prohibit long guns and handguns if the owner has no CHL. but it must be in the rental agreement. but dont worry Im gonna be selling mine soon to pay the exorbitant rent. oh and the animals, everyone keeps bringing cats in to get in everything and dogs,be ready for constant barking and the rudest loudest kids AND adults youll ever meet. cant wait to get a house and get out of here. Seriously 12 at night and theres some kind of bangingfor like 45 minutes. more ... hide ...

Some of the residence are having issues with their toilets, having issues with neighbors who are Hoarders thats causing mice, roaches, bed bugs, hallways smelling like dog and cat urine. Were suppose to be having house i nspections but Not! If that was the case how are people passing house inspections and the peoples apartment still reek of pet urine. Its embarrassing to have family members to come and visit when the hallways smell like pet urine. Its sad the manager isnt doing her job. She isnt a good manager, she has a few times had lost residence money orders and checks. This is ridiculous things aint getting done around here. You have a residence who has keys to the community room and she thinks she runs this complex. I never never lived at place a residence have access to the community room. They need to put a new manager who will do their job!!!! more ... hide ...
