I lived there for almost 3 years... at first, it was a blessing...staff changed, the sense of family stayed the same... then COVID hit... along with a very medical, sterile, what do patients know whats best for them. ..PATIENTS!? We are all people who have found our way out of the sickness or abuse or something else.... its more like good luck now... relapse is coming... failure is expected... and by the way, there is a new night shelter next door... better get renters insurance... what great words of comfort...now as I move on, I cant change my address because the USPS registry of apartment numbers says my apartment number doesnt exist....USED TO BE THE BEST AND SAFEST PLACE...Now, good luck... more ... hide ...

Stay away. Please read full review for context. Called looking for an apartment for my mother. Spoke with Krystal. Had appointment for tour scheduled & was even sent a reminder for the tour. Drove 30 minutes on lunch br eak. Im here. Leasing office is locked. Been calling for 20 minutes. No answer.Incredibly unprofessional. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, imagine how helpful theyll be when you need something. more ... hide ...

My grandma lives here and has lived here for a long time. Nice place, but when they put in for things to get fixed like the outside lighting its like it goes on deaf ears. That has been very disappointing. Just fix thin gs in a timely manner for our elderly. Thank you more ... hide ...
