I have lived here for 10 years and its terrible now and thats due to the new property manager Ms. Vicky. I have mold in my apartment right now because my garbage disposal is broke and after 6 months she has yet to send s omeone to fix it. She has a bad attitude and even when you contact Herman Kittle they dont respond! Maitenance are all weed heads and hang out by the pool and smoke. They close when they feel like it. When my lease is up Im done. I have been living in mold and roaches with broken toilets since she got here! more ... hide ...

The Kristie person I spoke is so rude!!! Im interested in leasing & she said she had availabilities but had to have 24 hrs notice for appointment!I completed my application in my car & placed it in the drop box & cal led to make sure she received it!!!I assumed documents & application fee would be due upon interview & showing!!!!She then called me back & said she has none available until middle of December & I make too much money!!!!! I have 2 friends that live their & neither of them make less than I do!!! Im VA retired!!! Kristie said these units are for qualifying residents ONLY, for their program!!!Whats with this woman????No reason there are constant openings!!!Does anyone have cooperates contact information???I tried calling the Community Center & theyre already closed!! more ... hide ...

(even w/exterminator)Water bill always over $100..believe they use fake company to scam higher priceslate fees astronomical. $135 late fee for rent and $120 late fee for water $60 a month if you dont have renters insurancemaintenance not properly trained. All repairs made will break a month laterstaff unprofessional!!!!!!!!!key fob for laundry and gym dont workpool always closed bc of health code violationsbathroom not updated like on pictures!!!!whatever your rent is they add $25 worth of fees so a $850/month is really $875/monthCOMPLEX WITHOUT AIR SINCE JUNE 1ST AND NOT ENOUGH WINDOW UNITS FOR RESIDENTS..APT REACHES 90. they said we have to \"just be hot\" until further notice the owners JRK residential group are why this complex is so bad.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
