Worst living experience I have ever encountered. The landlord Virginia is awful. Shes one of the rudest people Ive ever encountered. She screamed in my face and my mothers face right in front of my not even one y ear old daughter who was trying to sleep. She kicked us out for having a cat that we were working on getting ESA papers for even though many many people have cats and dogs as well who dont have ESA papers. She screamed in a friend of mine who also lives theres face and 100% Invaved their privacy with so many surprise inspections. Virginia also tried to change a friend who used to live there with damamge done to the appartment when it was there when she first moved in. She took Virginia to court and won. Virginia is money hungry, she is very hostel. The new maintenance workers arent helpful at all. They dont get to you for weeks when they say theyll come fix somthing. The townhouses are disgusting and smell awful: our appartment had water damage in the living Room and Virginia tried to make US pay for it. They charge you so much money for simple repairs. Its crazy. You also csnt have stuff outside your door if it looks tacky to Virginia. We had a kids stand outside our door and she threatened to fail us on our inspection if we didnt get rid of it. Overall the worst landlord and word appartments I have ever encountered. You couldnt pay me to live there again. I dont suggest living here. more ... hide ...

You have very little privacy or peace of mind. Management has a new note in the door every week, even if it doesnt apply to you. What applies to you, doesnt apply to management even though your lease says otherwise.
