This place was an absolute nightmare to live in. I got broken into 3 times and another time with me in my apartment. When I brought this up to the owner his famous answer was, \"Well, if you dont like it, move.\" There i s also a huge drug problem here i.e. heroin, crack, and cocaine. Its great if you like seeing hypodermic needles in the parking and seeing drug deals go on at all hours of the day and night. There is an apartment manager there but for only 3-6 hours a week. So if you like to live in a slum than this place is for you. I am so glad I moved!! more ... hide ...

This is poorly ran Housing they NEVER pick up the phone! Never get back to you in a timely manner for simple work orders. With out your having to escalate the issue. The manager is never available and the RSC Travis is e xtremely unprofessional and needs additional training in affordable fair housing. more ... hide ...
