I submitted an application to this facility several months ago. I have had absolutely no communication from them. I called to ask if my application was received, and was told, \" I havent sent out letters yet\" by the pe rson I spoke to. What letters????? Would be nice to hear something. If this is an indication of how this facility is run, its very poor, not to mention unprofessional. I have friends who reside in other housing, they have never experienced this type of treatment. At this point, Im disgusted, and get the feeling that the management at Esmond Village could care less. more ... hide ...

Any time my mother has an issue, I call and I never can get a live person. I always have to leave a message. I do and they do not get back to you promptly.3 years later... still having issues. They never answer. They cha nged the thermostat about 3 years ago and every winter my mother complaints because it gets so cold. I always call, someone showed up and \" fixed it\" but it is not working. It is 10 degrees outside and her apartment is registering 64 and its freezing.This is a section 8 apartment building, where do I call to file a complaint? more ... hide ...

They rather lose good tenants and keep people that constantly have cops coming to the area for shootings etc. Managment sucks
