BEWAREStay far away from Ferland properties!Theyre a bunch of fraudulent crooks. Im being wrongfully charged almost $2000 for a carpet replacement that I didnt damage, I only lived there for two years and tha t is considered normal wear and tear. After failing to prove the damage, Jason, the Vice President at the Ferland headquarters in Pawtucket told me that he couldnt remove the charge from my account or settle for a more reasonable offer because he didnt have to. These people at Ferland are making up ridiculous amounts in fraudulent charges just so they can get paid from the collection agency and mess up your credit. more ... hide ...

The current manager of the building as of July 18, 2022 is completely rude and immature Ive had no issues for the last six years of my grandmother staying there but when I see her yelling at my grandmother in her off ice after she just rudely told me to get off the property as Im trying to grab my grandmothers medicine without trying to accommodate anybody being polite and getting her responses decides to get in my face and grab keys out of my hand is ridiculous more ... hide ...
