Unprofessional, and Inconsiderate. Weve been without Air Condition in the HEAT of the summer for about 3 weeks now without any known ETA on when the issue would be resolved. Ive called and left voicemails on numerous occ asions that went unreturned. I literally had to rush home to talk to someone physically which is totally UNPROFESSIONAL. Being that heat rises and were on the top floor our apt. has reached temperatures in excess of 90 degrees. Theyve never offered an alternative solution as far as portable units , industrial fans, etc. All they could say was that theyre working on orders in which they receive them, but i guess this is \"NON-ESSENTIAL\". Property Management of this establishment needs to do something about this because at this point its deemed UNLIVEABLE. Ive been a resident here for over 15 years which is ENTIRELY TOO LONG but its NEVER BEEN THIS BAD. SO ALL IM GOING TO SAY IS IF YOU WERE LOOKING TO POSSIBLY INQUIRE ABOUT LIVING HERE DO NOT!!!!!!!! I actually still live here. It is the worst. The apartment themselves are not so bad. That have decent space and the rent is really not that bad. Management and maintenance is the absolute worst. The month after I moved here they raised the rent $15 dollars due to the increased cost of grounds maintenance. What maintenance?: Ninety-five percent of the sidewalk lights are broken and/or without bulbs. You can only use the pool when they remember to clean it or if one of their daughters want to go swimming. Other than that its hit and miss as to when its open. The roach problem is ridiculous. When the exterminator pops up around every two or three months the situation becomes worst. And what exterminator comes in a van with no logo or a business card left in case you want to use their services more than every three months. There are so many faulty electrical outlets that its always a game trying to figure out which one works. And lets talk about what happens when it rains. It also rains in the bathroom from the vent above the toilet. And it rains in the storage shed from the hole in the roof then the water drains into my apartment causing flooding in the living room. I have written management about these leaks since October of 2012. I recently had to threaten to file a complaint with the Magistrate just to get the landlord to come look at the apartment. They talk to you like your uneducated and illiterate. Im not saying dont stay here. Just be aware that if there is something that needs fixing you will have to wait months for it to be taken care of. Why because the landlord has a second job that takes priority over his management duties, and Jack Hartley will tell you as much. Its hard to leave when youre trying to get on your feet and the school I attend is directly across the street. I should have done my research before I moved here but I was in a hurry when I moved from out of state and there wasnt much I could do about. Im stuck for another 6-months to a year. I cannot for the life of me get in touch with no one there, there isn€™t no one in the office the 3 days they are open I filled out and app 2 weeks ago which I paid $80 for me my minor child and my other daughter that €Â™s 18 but still in school I haven€™t heard nothing back yet this isn€™t fair at all I am transferring my job there and need to know something a yes or no it€™s not hard for them to do there job as far as that part it will be nice if they have a actual person there that can help people in need seriously because taking people€™s money for no reason then going ghost is not a good business strategy I will be writing the Business Better Bureau. more ... hide ...
