They might look nice but its so many things wrong with this place the landlord and maintenance have there favorites I can tell you that they honestly dont do anything here but complain about what needs to be fix when it should of been right when u moved in. They have cameras for no reason they dont even work so they believe what they want. The landlord just walks into your apartment sometimes before knocking my friend used to live next to me and she got mold in her stomach because of these apartments the people here are very nosey and always wanna be in your business these apartments need to be torn down and rebuilt by new people they honslety need to get a new landlord and a new maintenance because they dont do nothing. more ... hide ...

Going to find out who owns this complex, Ive been targeted since day one from the maintenance man / office manager going thru our trash (yes he went through a closed bag of baby diapers and other disgusting things) , him constantly harassing me and my family calling tow trucks getting our cars towed making threats to put us out if we dont park our vehicles in designated areas it was just an all around bad experience. If you dont want to constantly be harassed and told what to do as if you are in prison please DO NOT MOVE TO 2400 KNEECE RD (ARCADIA PARK) The two individuals that manage this complex are very rude and have no regard for the way they speak to you. Bad place bad people and my lawyer will be paying them a visit very soon. If i could leave No stars i would. more ... hide ...
