Ive been living here 9 months its a beautiful place but....i have had problems with my lights bulbs after the 1st month and was told I am responsible to replace them. This is a issue to me...my light over my stove went out and was replaced with a faulty light because it went out in two weeks...the kitchen light is blinking now...i have a total of 6 lights out again...the dishwasher is held together by the tiniest screw...well it was but it fell out again. The grounds are accumulating trash because Im guessing the maintenance man is striking...since I moved out here cars are being broken into...people shooting for no reason...5 yrs from now if something isnt done soon this place is going to be a mess... more ... hide ...

If these apts are based on income for 62 and up that means the cost for the income should only be 30% of what they make, Which means if they made only 1000. a month the rent should only be $300.00.for a 1br not $525. if its $525. its not income based. People on SSI and SSDI income varies, some make way less than $1000. a month. more ... hide ...

Ive been a resident here at Wildwood South for almost a year now. Our apartment manager is amazing! Shes very understanding that life happens and works w/you to the best of her abilities and within reasonable acc ommodations. The community is quiet and kid friendly, and maintenance responds back w/in a timely manner when issues arise. more ... hide ...
