I lived at this property 3 yrs ago I must say its not the best place to live if you want a normal life of freedom . Especially if you work full time and have children this place has no play area for the children, they do inspections every 2-3 months you have no privacy in the home youre paying rent at. They have this guest policy and parking policy which is ridiculous its like living in prison just because you get assistance doesnt mean you have to be treated like scum .They print peoples names and birthdays in the news letter isnt that a invasion of privacy what if I dont want my name in the newspaper isnt that against the law to publish something without a persons permission. I encourage anyone that has a job to just pay rent somewhere no place is worth you living in and paying rent without having your freedom more ... hide ...

Ive Live here 9 years this month per God and have been praying over this community every since. Yes it was bad at one point but it was never the residentin Paces Run. We are under New management and Mrs Hope is making a difference in our community. Dont be against us join in to make this community as safe as it can be for our children. No I dont have any children but I love the children dearly. We can make a difference if we stand together.Run and tell that. more ... hide ...

November 8, 2019 I received email informing me my application was accepted, and also received a call that an apartment was coming available in December, and that is wonderful , but I had to make several calls and leave voicemails to ask questions several times and no replies. I was able to get a hold of the assistant prop. mgr and was able to get some what of an estimate of what rent would be and there were also more apartments coming available as well. That s all well and good, but I havent received a call when to come in to pay a deposit. I really hate making a pain of myself, and realize property mngmt. have daily procedures to fulfill but perspective tenants deserve answers and I would love to move into Seven Farms Apartments. To date, Wed. 1/22/20 I still have not received any calls or even a voicemail from the Leasing agent at Seven Farms and I have left \"Numerous\" voice mails. There is no communication. I can honestly say I have tried. It is their responsibility to return calls and inform the perspective tenant when to come in to make deposits, etc. Tequeta the former leasing agent was much better and mor e informative, and I wish I had accepted her offer the first time, as I thought the other complex I was in was improving, and I was wrong.. more ... hide ...

I have live here for about 8 years and my newest land lord goes above and beyond for the tenets. Before the maintenance crew never cameto see what was wrong no matter how many times you would put in a request. Since the newest change they are very responsive and listen to your every need. Also the details and upkeep of the lawn is wonderful as well. I love living here. more ... hide ...
