I have known about this place since 1985 and it has never been as trashy as it was the day I visited!!! There is trash all over the yards, parking lots, next to the dumpsters, and the inside of the office is not neat or tidy! Theres no flowers or anything to make it look nice or inviting!! The staff and maintenance there to me appear to be lazy and unconcerned about the property or the tenants! And I moved out a year ago into a house, and went to visit my friends, and never in my time or knowing about this place, since 1985 have I ever seen it look so nasty and disgusting! Also the cops were called at two different locations for women and men fighting with each other! And there are an abundance of people living there who are not on leases and they have several people who have pit bulls, which are not allowed, (no dog over 30 lb is allowed) and they wait until after hours to bring their dogs out to walk them! more ... hide ...

BED BUGS!!!! They literally painted over breed bugs. A lot of roaches. Depending on who you live by everything is fine but i personally dealt with a neighbor who always called the police. Never did anything to get but co me to find out, anyone who lives by heart gets the police called on them more ... hide ...

This was my first apartment in Johnson City, needless to say, this was the worst mistake ever. I lived in apartment #7 which was one of the updated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments. The updates were cheaply done, for inst ance, you could see the patch work in the walls, the drawers in the kitchen did not pull out properly, the paint would peel from being painted over multiple times and the air filter was completely filthy. On top of that, people would maintenance your apartment without notice and just walk in and the lawn care was so loud. I ended up having them terminate my 12 month lease after 5 months due to my neighbor in #8 was EXTREMELY loud. She would play music upwards until midnight and management would not handle the issue. Her guest were just as loud and disrespectful towards me just because I would ask if they would turn down the music because I had class/homework to finish. During the day the music was much worse and could hear word for word what song she was listening to. Again, management would not handle any of this and let it continue. In my 5 months here, there has also been 2 times that peoples car were broken into and their stuff thrown in the street. Lastly, I would come home after being at school and my entire apartment would smell like weed and cigarettes from the other renters. Other than all of that, the apartment was conveniently located to downtown Johnson City and to ETSU but there are better places to rent from in this area.**The apartment manager is fully aware and disapproves of my review and is attempting to sway peoples opinion on this apartment complex.** more ... hide ...
