We used to call Bluff View home but not anymore. Since they have been taken over by the money greedy company - Freeman Webb the property has gone downhill. We used to could depend on apartment management to take care of issues but they will give you false promises and never take care of the issues. This past year they hit us with a huge unexpected rent increase upwards of 25% which forced us to look for somewhere else to live. As what we hope was a \"valued resident\" for years we were in shock by such a high rent increase. They also play games with the rent prices as well changing them daily to fill their greedy pockets. The property is going downhill as well. They have piles of garbage lying around, feral cats with people feeding them, and the apartments are not worth the price with cheap low-end appliances and hardly any \"modern living\" touches. Im sure the management team will be responding to this email with more false promises but in the end, you put all paint you want on it but its not going to change what Bluff View is becoming. My suggestion would be to take a seriously long look before you want to lease here. more ... hide ...

Was evicted from that place in 2017 when the THEN property manager lee was stealing our rent money orders. I was told by the next manager that I could stay there but had to repay back all that was lost. After the final m anager got in there. Myself and 7 other tenants from the same complex was evicted wrongfully. When I went in front of the judge, I wasnt allowed to talk. I am on social security so i couldnt do anything. These people were very unprofessional ans now I have to sit with that eviction on my record because no one will help me with getting it off my record. more ... hide ...

I been living over here for 1 month going on two months 1st I didnt even view the apartment until I had sign the lease then screen door was already broken and they take there time to order another one,On top of that chil dren be hopping and damaging folks cars and kicking my car, kicking the sliding door glass all cause I have a camera in my house the rules are not in force and landlord dont care at all they dont pressure wash the outside before someone move in and there are spiders be in tubs its crazy and im moving wont be here to much longer more ... hide ...
