I have lived here for over a year and I honestly love living here. Its very nice and clean! The manager that rented my apartment, Megan really took her job gracefully and took the time to address everyones concern. Most of all she cleaned up the apartments complex with a positive, friendly attitude along with Kirby our maintenance man. As a team they made a tremondous change, with respect and a outlook that will forever be greatly appreciated! Now we have Lisa and Kirby as a team, and she is very nice as well, I know I am happy with her as she took Megans place for her to move on to a sister property! I know they wont be disappointed as she ALWAYS leaves a positive impact on many lives! more ... hide ...

It not the place its the people in there it would be a good place to live for the working people and the elderly and safety for the kids. if u app for one u wont get in they will put a young person in before they would a homeless or a senior and they have alot empty need cleaning up real bad please dont use my name for this safety reason more ... hide ...

A friend of mine has been trying to move out of an apartment he rented here and its been a horrible experience. Not only did he have to stop by the office multiple times to try and contact someone (to which there was no one in the office to speak to during business hours) he has been calling MANY times to get things repaired and break his lease because of horrible communication and bad living conditions. He was told he could move out and was given a final date, but now AGAIN he has called 6+ times to finalize things with no answer. Im not one to post reviews, but maybe the company will see this and finally call their tenants back. more ... hide ...

Very very poor management!! They called me back in April to move in then gave me five different move in dates. When it was finally timeFor me to move in they never called me to come get my keys I had to call them. I paid my deposit in full then they told me they didnt know when I would be able to move in after making me some it in my 30 day notice at my current apartment complex. So I had to call my current apartments to see if I could still pay my rent for that month because the manager at the villages Told me she wasnt sure when I could move in my new apartment that I already paid my deposit for. I finally decided to not move due to lack of communication from the villages and told them I want my deposit back which they agreed to give it back. That was back in June and here it is Almost August and I have yet to get my deposit back. Every time I call they never answer. I have left over 6 voicemails and no one had yet to call me back when all I want is my deposit back so how can I get in touch with corporate? more ... hide ...
