This place is a unsafe apartment complex. If you live near a dumpster get ready for the nasty smell and sight of trash each and every day. Good luck getting anything fix maybe after the 4th time. Management will charge y ou a $150 for missing a quarterly pest control with only 3 days notice and you have to move everything out of your closet and cabinets. I had emergency I couldnt get things done like they needed to be. So I was charged $150. If I could I would give the complex a 0. Trust me it is not worth it to live here in Horizon Park Apartment. more ... hide ...

The apartment people said they would fix the problems when we moved in. Doors off hinges a screenless window, ripped floor, scratched walls, and a door that leads outside leaking underneath, the messed up plumbing issues and the ROACHES!! FOR OVER A YEAR! weve been moving out for a month havent been staying. Our last day to make sure we have everything we come back and theyre are SQUATTERS IN THE APARTMENT! They were nice let us grab our things and we left. There were feces and trash everywhere. I asked them how they got in and they said the window and pointed to the screenless window in the livingroom. Needless to say i am done with this entire company. They dont fix the issues or they makr it a hassle to get done. They make it a hassle to access the portal to actually see the lease and due date of rent. There are a couple people that are amazing but overall i dont reccomend them to anyone! more ... hide ...

Loved living here! Management is awesome and right on top of things. Any concerns are promptly addressed. Property is well maintained all year long! OMG these reviews are scary! I live in a 2 bed 1 1/2 bathroom townhome and Im trying to move but just reading all these reviews is scary. My children love swimming and we have the advantage to put a 10x30 above ground po ol and canopy tent in our back yard. Im looking for something a little bigger but it sad when people are given an opportunity to live somewhere nice and they ruin it for everyone else by trashing the place. Im sure these are beautiful apartments its the people who give the property a bad name. I hope management really step in to change the way things are going. I would send out memos to each residents stating that Section 8 may not be accepted at this property anymore due to lack of care of this property and the complaints from other residents. I bet they would get their act together and put their kids in line. Im sure its hard to find section 8 housing in Nashville, they need to know theyre lucky to have housing in the market today. This apartment complex can easily stop taking section 8. SMH... Its really disgusting when people dont take pride in their things. I would also have security on the premises 24/7. If these apartments are as beautiful as these reviews say they are then please keep them up. Ive seen so many apartments go down hill after they start accepting section 8. We gotta do much better and Im sure its our people whos making a bad name for this apartment complex. Its truly sad.... more ... hide ...
